What are your fees?
We are pleased to offer standard psychotherapy sessions that last 50 minutes, priced at $165. For those seeking a deeper, more extended experience, we also provide a 75-minute session, available at the therapist’s discretion, for $247.50. We look forward to supporting your healing journey! What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment times are reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur the full session fee. Please note insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.

Will therapy be covered by insurance?
In Ontario, many insurance companies happily cover psychotherapy services provided by Registered Psychotherapists (RP), including all professionals with RP after their name.
Similarly, in British Columbia, numerous insurance providers also offer coverage for counselling services delivered by Clinical Counsellors, including those with CCC and RCC credentials.
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, it’s always a good idea to check with your insurance provider before your first session to confirm coverage. This helps make the process seamless and allows you to focus on your healing journey.
How does scheduling a psychotherapy appointment work?
We are pleased to offer you three flexible scheduling options to meet your needs: weekly, biweekly, or as-needed sessions. For our weekly and biweekly options, you will have a dedicated day and time reserved each week, with scheduling managed seamlessly by your therapist. These options are recommended as they help maintain steady progress in therapy and guarantee you a spot in the schedule. However, if you prefer more flexibility, our as-needed sessions allow you to book appointments directly at your convenience through our user-friendly booking page. We strive to make your experience as enjoyable and accommodating as possible!
When will I start to feel better?
Every person’s healing journey is unique, and the path to recovery looks different for everyone. While it’s difficult to predict exactly when relief will come, many clients begin to feel better within just a few sessions.
