I bring a unique blend of theory and lived experience into therapy, and it is this lived experience that I consider invaluable. Like many others, there was a period in my life marked by poor mental health. After years of suffering, I finally sought help, and it was this guided journey of healing and rediscovery of joy in life that inspired me to become a therapist. The lessons learned on the path to becoming whole again are my most cherished possessions and part of what I offer.
